Basic Philosophy in STEMgis Design

The main philosophy in the design of STEMgis is that every feature and every attribute value can change with respect to time. This means the definition of features and the input of attributes must have a temporal component.

Note The timestamp applied to a spatial feature may have a NULL date of 01/01/100, which would mean that the spatial feature is considered to be a permanent feature which has 'always' existed in that location.
